MI Hot Box Sauna Use Waiver & Release of Liability 

Please read carefully before using the sauna.

1. Assumption of Risk 

I understand that using a sauna involves exposure to high heat and may affect heart rate, blood pressure, and overall physical condition. I acknowledge that sauna use is voluntary and that I am physically able to participate. I assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or other complications that may occur before, during, or after sauna use.

2. Health Conditions

 I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions that may make sauna use unsafe, including but not limited to heart disease, respiratory issues, high or low blood pressure, circulatory problems, or pregnancy. I agree to consult my healthcare provider before using the sauna if I have any concerns or medical conditions.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Mi Hot Box LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my use of the sauna — including, but not limited to, injury, illness, or property damage.

4. Personal Responsibility

I agree to:

• Stay hydrated and exit the sauna immediately if I feel lightheaded, dizzy, nauseated, or unwell.

• Avoid alcohol, drugs, or medications that may impair judgment or heat tolerance prior to sauna use.

• Follow all instructions provided by Mi Hot Box staff.

• Use the sauna at my own risk.​

5. Property Damage

I agree to treat the sauna and all related equipment with care. I accept responsibility for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and legally competent to sign this document. I have read and fully understand this waiver and release of liability. I voluntarily agree to its terms and understand that I am giving up certain legal rights by signing it digitally.
